Together with the employer, we apply for the pre-approval from the Federal Employment Agency
Pre-approval Document
A document that grants prior approval for a job from the Federal Employment Agency.
After you receive the pre-approval you have to apply for a visa. The visa cost is €75
These documents are required for your visa appointment. All documents must be translated in German, presented in original and with one copy
Passport
The passport must be valid for at least 9 months.
Visa application
The digital completed visa application printed to be sent at your visa appointment.
Pre-approval document
A document that grants prior approval for a job from the Federal Employment Agency.
Photo (x2)
x2 Schengen Visa photos in the required size (not older than six months).
Declaration of Employment relationship

Signed confirmation for the documents and information presented at the appoinment
Printed and signed for completeness of documents and incorrect information in the visa process.
Signed confirmation that the job offer is not fictitious
Printed and signed in accordance with Article 18 Paragraph 2 No. 4a regarding the existence of a specific job offer.
Health Insurance
Valid for up to 6 months within a year valid from the date of submission of the request.
After your visa appointment, your passport will be delivered to you in a sealed envelope
