Passport
A copy of your passport information page. The passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay in the U.S.
Declaration of certificate of enrollment
Official document from ZAV signed and sealed by university.
Student status (In english)
Official confirmation of enrollment in a university.
Student ID card/Transcript of grades
Official identification card issued by a university.
After that, we will inform you when the Work Permit is ready via email, it may take 2 to 3 months

Approved Work Permit
ZAV issued work permit for 90 days.
After you receive the Work Permit you will need to make the second payment of €300
Then you will have to join our Pre-departure Orientation to inform you about everything you need before you leave
Job placements and housing will be completed 3 to 30 days before your departure
Once your job is confirmed, Whatsapp groups will be created in order to receive updates on your job such as start date, housing and much more
Tax return
Takes up to 6 months, 84% of your taxes will be refunded to your bank account
